More Google reviews from the customers you already have.
After each appointment, invoice or sale in Square, AfterVisit emails your customer a short thank-you with one button to review you on Google. Set it up once and it runs on its own.

Polite by design
Your customers hear from you once, at a sensible hour, and can opt out with one click.
- Every customer is asked
- Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers, so everyone gets the same email.
- Daytime only
- Emails go out between 9am and 8pm in your location's time zone.
- One reminder at most
- Anyone who hasn't clicked after two days gets one gentle nudge. Then nothing.
- No repeat asks
- Regulars are asked at most once every 90 days, however often they come in.
- One-click unsubscribe
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once someone uses it they're never emailed again.
- Sent in your name
- Customers see your business name in their inbox, not ours.
One plan, one price
- A thank-you email after every visit
- One reminder for anyone who hasn't clicked
- All your Square locations, each with its own review link
- A dashboard showing what was sent and who clicked
- Cancel anytime from Manage billing
Questions
What counts as a visit?
A completed Square appointment, a paid Square invoice, or a Square sale with a customer attached. An invoice and its payment count as one visit, so nobody is asked twice.
What if a customer has no email in Square?
They're skipped. Your dashboard shows how many visits had no email, so you can tell whether it's worth collecting emails at checkout.
Can I ask only my happy customers?
No. Google's review policy doesn't allow choosing who gets asked, and doing it can get your reviews taken down. AfterVisit asks every customer the same way.
Does AfterVisit write or post reviews?
No. The email links your customer straight to your Google review page. What they write is up to them.
Can it send text messages?
Not yet. AfterVisit sends email only for now.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Review requests pause until you subscribe. You're never charged automatically, because we don't ask for a card during the trial.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing from your dashboard. Requests keep going out until the end of the month you've already paid for.
